Synopsis
Orphan Sienna marries mafia don Matteo under a contract, only to be coldly treated after the wedding. Matteo’s fiancée Valentina bribes a doctor to forge a diagnosis claiming Sienna is infertile. Sienna unexpectedly conceives twins. After catching her husband in an affair, she chooses to hide her pregnancy. Shortly after giving birth, Sienna is forced to sign an annulment agreement and erased from all official records. With nowhere to turn, she flees with her babies to Kieran, a gang leader and Matteo’s sworn rival. Leveraging her sharp accounting skills, Sienna gains a firm foothold in Kieran’s crew and uncovers a fraudulent ledger scheme plotted by their enemies. Terrified that the twins will threaten her position, Valentina hires hitmen to kill Sienna and later offers a large sum of money to make her and the children disappear—both attempts are thwarted by Sienna. As Matteo gradually uncovers the whole web of lies, he learns he has biological twin children and moves to fight for custody. A hearing is held before the mafia commission to settle the dispute. Sienna presents all her evidence and exposes Valentina’s plot. In the end, custody of the twins is awarded to Sienna. Matteo is granted only supervised visitation rights. Freed from the chains of her past, Sienna builds a peaceful new life with Kieran, who has stood by her, and her children.
