On the doomsday ark, mech pilot Kane awakens a resonance ability and is hailed by the Church as the savior of humanity. But he discovers that humans are the true cause of Earth’s destruction, while the alien beasts are merely the planet’s immune system. Facing the Cardinal’s fanatical desire to destroy everything, Kane ventures deep into the core of Earth and chooses to sacrifice himself, becoming a bridge between humans and the beasts. Through his sacrifice, he brings about coexistence between the two species and prevents the final judgment of the apocalypse.
