Synopsis
Retired worker Father Lin is framed by internet celebrity Young Master Wang and Zhao Jinfa, the manager of Tianya Villa, for smashing an antique vase and forced to sign a five-million-yuan compensation bill. After his son Lin Yuan returns home, he uses sharp logic and solid evidence to expose the fake rich persona of the internet celebrity on the spot, proving the vase is merely a 180-yuan counterfeit. He proceeds methodically to track down Shen Wanshan, the billionaire conglomerate chairman behind Zhao Jinfa, and uncovers a string of crimes including money laundering, hired thugs, and commercial fraud. Faced with corporate suppression, malicious online smear campaigns, and even assassination threats, Lin Yuan refuses to back down. In the end, he brings Shen Wanshan and his criminal syndicate to full justice. He acquires Tianya Villa, renames and revamps the property, vindicates his parents, protects his family, and upholds justice.
