Synopsis
Chloe and Daemon staged ninety-eight divorce farces in the Manhattan upper class circle, and the ninety-ninth time she completely died. She unexpectedly discovered the love letter Daemon had hidden, and learned that he loved her deeply but enjoyed control and torture. Her father's belongings were transferred by Daemon to her childhood sweetheart Saila, which became the last straw that broke her back. After being framed and hurt one after another, Chloe went to Paris to regain her artistic glory and was gently guarded by the truly top-notch money elite Gene. Daemon repented and chased after her, but could never win her heart back.
